i'm starting to get lucky....at least in my own opinion...

remember the online aptitude tests i have taken? yesterday, i received an email telling me that i'm successful at that stage of recruitment and i can send in my resume for a review...so they din even bother to look at my resume when i send in an application...i have to pass the test for them to be bothered about me...haha...luckily i have the good habit of checking email everyday, the company only gave me 24 hours to send in my resume...i would be devastated if i missed the deadline...ok, devastated is kinda exaggerated, but bear in mind that any opportunity is precious to a pathetic jobless graduate...

then about an hour later, i received a call from another company, asking me to go for an interview...it's unbelievable k...at least now i know my handphone is not faulty, it still rings...

so i went for the interview today...makes me wonder why do companies only give a day's notice for conducting an interview...i have yet to photocopy my certs and ic...ok, i know photocopying only takes a few minutes...the more important reason i'm not even mentally prepared for an interview yet...but never mind, just go and crap and crap and crap...

just when i thought it's another goner cos i mentioned that i'm more interested in the back office job rather than at the front office...i actually received a call from them at 6pm...i was thinking i can't possibly be that impressive till they wanna offer the job to me immediately rite...and indeed it wasn't a call to extend a job offer to me...hehe...instead it was a call for me to go for an interview for a back end job...but come to think of it, back end jobs are boring...haha...i prefer the back end cos i dun have to do sales or face customers everyday...i'm not antisocial but it can be quite a pain to handle customers or pitch sales targets...whatever, hopefully i can get a job, any job in the near future...

We are pleased to inform you that your block has been chosen for Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS).

yeah, i'm gonna move into a new house...in 5 years' time...chey...

when that time comes, my estate will go into history, which is kinda sad...seeing the blocks get torn down and my estate turning into flat land...but never mind, the new flat will be around the same area anyway and it's even nearer to the MRT station...by then, hopefully i have saved enough money to renovate my house until it's good enough to be featured on Home and Decor...hahaha...

i juz completed this online assessment test from a potential employer and all i can say is it's a big flop...i was given 21 min to complete 21 numerical questions and 15 min to complete 30 verbal questions...it's mission impossible...i nearly completed the numerical one, if only i'm given like 5 more seconds...but the verbal one, i left 3 undone...not to mention the amount of mistakes i made due to the limited time...there goes my job...or should i say there goes my chance of getting an interview....

anyway, i've officially graduated from the uni...yeah...i won't say my uni life is without regrets but life is never a bed of roses anyway...at least for me...haha....more importantly, it's to look forward and forget (hopefully) the negativities....as for photos, i will post them up, as soon as i stop procrastinating, which is like in a year's time...haha...me and my silly jokes again....

to think a 7-11 actually pops up in this modest neighbourhood of mine...i can have my slurpee 24/7 now...another surprise after the opening of a turf club outlet at my block...

during my primary sch days, my friends enjoyed going to 7-11 at clementi central...but i stay just opposite my school, so i haven't gone titbits shopping at 7-11 with them before...if only the 7-11 in my neighbourhood opened 10 years ago, then i would be able to join in the fun of going to 7-11...haha...
