my blog has been getting a lot of page views recently...thanks to my korean drama entry, maybe one day i will be a famous blogger in the South East Asia region...haha...

enough of my silly joke, let's talk about serious stuff...actually not that serious also lah...

it has been 2 months since i started work...sometimes things can get kinda depressing at work...i'm tired of being blur about certain things...it's just like you are reading a book on chemical reactions but you dun have practical lessons, so how are you going to know how to conduct those experiments or remember those reactions...even if you can memorise the textbook by heart, you don't know wat happens beyond the book...worse of all, you got no chemistry background...so one day, someone ask you what do you observe if you add chemical A to chemical B...but you haven't even heard of chemical B for your entire life, so how are you going to answer...

frankly speaking, i dun like to use 'i'm new' as an excuse not to know certain things...cos i dun want to be overly reliant on this fact as a self consolation...besides, how long can u use this excuse...3 months, 6 months or a year?

perhaps i'm too used to project work in school, where i get to be the free loader...oops...now i'm all alone...of course i can get help from my supervisor but you won't want a tutor to guide you through your project, as if you are a baby rite...you should only ask for assistance as a last resort...at least that's how i feel...

and somehow, i feel that i'm falling way below expectations...i always have the impression that the boss is a person with high expectation and it makes me wonder why did he even choose to hire me among the candidates...maybe there is only one candidate and that's me...haha...am i stressing myself up?

stories that i share with my friends on office life are always the funny happenings...if only my working life would be so interesting 100% of the time...

i think korean dramas are getting better nowadays...i know the storyline are all the same, loss of memory, cancer stricken, sibling love...korean dramas are made up of all these elements...but i guess what make korean dramas so attactive are probably the lead actors...not that they are good looking (though i think some are quite cute...haha...), it's the way they are portrayed in the drama...the male lead always have only one love in their entire life, there's no place in their hearts for another girl...how is this possible in reality...if there is such a guy, please let me meet him....haha...

the latest korean drama i have watched is stairway to heaven...

yes, this is what i call a typical korean drama with the standard elements...kwon sang woo is so eligible in the show...his character is just flawless...rich, charming and steadfast in his love for the gal...he seems so much in control of situations but yet so helpless at times....it's probably this vulnerability that makes him more attractive...i used to wonder what makes him so hot in korea and i finally understand after watching the show....his character really grows in you...

but my favourite korean drama is definitely attic cats...no, it's not winter sonata...

this is not a typical drama which leaves you crying at the end of every episode...in case you are wondering, i dun cry when i watch these dramas cos i'm not that emotional...haha....back to the topic, this is quite a funny serial with some touching moments...quite a refreshing change from the usual korean dramas with extremely perfect characters and extremely mean baddies...the drama can be said to be close to our normal life...the female lead gives her all to the male lead, despite his shortcomings (in fact, he can be quite a jerk at times)...aren't gals so foolish at times also, being tolerant of flaws of the guys they like...and i think kim rae won is quite good looking (he's the animal trainer in my love patzzi, though i know many prefer the rich guy in the show...haha...)

and i gotta say korean dramas have great soundtracks...the songs really fit into the mood of the show...thanks to the translation of the lyrics, if not i'll never know that the lyrics was actually so touching...sobz sobz....
