finally, a new post.... blogging seems to have became a trend in singapore. there's news on bloggers/blogging every week on the papers. there's a blogger convention held some time back. bloggers become celebrities and celebrities are turning into bloggers too. pictures of gd looking bloggers were splashed on digital life, but whoever said bloggers are ugly in the first place? been following project superstar on channel u. realised that my colleagues watch it too. created another common topic among us. we have our personal favourites, despite the fact that we are older than the contestants and past the age of star chasing. haha. in fact one of my colleagues got so excited at the discussion that she said 'i sms xxx' instead of 'i sms to vote for xxx'. so we bugged her to give us xxx's number. still so childish ah. guess there have been enough ranting on office life in my blog, but there's still something i wanna voice out. stop complaining about other colleagues, you aren't that fantastic either. perhaps what made me so fed up is that the colleague that was being badmouthed is the uncle who was teaching me the new ropes. he's such a nice fella that i'll forgive his every fault. why do pple only enlarge the shortcomings of others and not emphasize their plus points. and take a look at yourself before commenting on others. i bet they talked behind my back too. but shan't bother myself with it. ignorance can be a bliss too. :) Liberated at 7/30/2005 03:28:00 PM |

my pc is miraculously working today. haha. it used to tell me explorer is not responding and i will just end up venting my anger on the ctrl, alt, delete keys. hence ended up chatting instead of watching 'let's go to school, sangdoo' on cable. but there's always repeat telecast tomolo. i miss tv in taiwan. 100 over channels available, the dramas and variety programmes, that is truly channel surfing. local tv sucks. haven't been blogging much, as my pc is sick. let me try to recall some events that happened recently. last saturday, i went for a housewarming. the conclusion is it's gd to be rich. can hire a designer to do up the place and custom make furniture to build a dream home. ok fine, i'm materialistic. and i'm supposed to master something new at work. in 8 days. and yesterday was the 8th day and i'm not even half bucket full. dunno how to be on my own when my 'shi fu' is not around. never mind, i'll just tell myself 'impossible is nothing'. corny. haha.
